Hello, I’m Mysti, and I’m here to share a vision for living with intention, connection, and authenticity. 


Society teaches us that our worth lies in titles, occupations, and tangible items. But I’m here to challenge that narrative. The human experience is about connection, growth, and feeling our feelings to experience the fullness of life. As individuals, our value should be connected to the unique qualities, quirks, and perspectives we offer the world. 


Living in an attention-stealing, tech-driven time, it’s easy to lose focus, become more stressed, and feel loneliness and dissatisfaction more than ever before. This inspired me to create Connected With Mysti. This program encourages the prioritization of wellness, self-awareness, and human connection. 


Using a B.A.L.A.N.C.E lifestyle, you and I collaborate to cultivate a consistent wellness routine, find meaning in the small things, and rediscover the beauty of being authentically human.

The B.A.L.A.N.C.E framework encourages a holistic approach to healthier living and engaging in activities that complement all aspects of life without overwhelming a single area.

  • Establishing clear boundaries for activities (work, exercise, social media, etc.)
  • Learning to protect time and energy by saying NO


Awareness:

  • Developing habits of self-reflection to be aware of excessive habits
